VIETATO FUMARE: è severamente proibito fumare all’interno delle camere.
COLAZIONE: la colazione è disponibile in sala o terrazza comune, dalle ore 08:30 alle ore 10:00. La colazione è del tipo a buffet sia dolce e salata.Sono disponibili nel buffet tè, tisane e caffè americano. La caffetteria italiana è servita e quindi non a buffet. La colazione in camera non è inclusa è deve considerarsi alla carta.
SERVIZI IN CAMERA, ivi compresa la colazione servita in camera, non sono inclusi nel costo del pernotto e vanno considerati extra

CONFERMA DI AVVENUTA PRENOTAZIONE : Le richieste di prenotazione saranno valide solo se confermate dall’albergo tramite mail di conferma.
Le prenotazioni eseguite con carta di credito NON VALIDA o CON CREDITO INSUFFICENTE a coprire il costo del soggiorno, anche se confermate, potranno essere annullate in qualunque momento dall’albergo previa mail di avvenuta cancellazione. La mancata ricezione della mail di cancellazione qualunque ne sia la causa, non costituirà motivo alcuno di pretesa da parte del cliente, a far fede sarà unicamente l’invio della mail da parte dell’hotel.
I depositi per la prenotazione del soggiorno effettuati tramite bonifico non sono rimborsabili per nessun motivo e ciò a prescindere dalle politiche di cancellazione dell’albergo indicate nel nostro sito. I depositi per la prenotazione del soggiorno effettuati con carta di credito, scaduti i termini di cancellazione, non sono rimborsabili per alcuna ragione.
NUMERO OSPITI: Le richieste di prenotazione effettuate dal cliente devono indicare con esattezza il numero degli ospiti, a prescindere dall’età degli stessi. L’albergo non risponde di errori inseriti dal cliente nella richiesta di prenotazione.
Al momento del check-in il numero degli ospiti deve corrispondere al numero degli ospiti indicato dal cliente al momento della richiesta di prenotazione. Al momento del check-in, qualora vi fossero ospiti in più rispetto a quelli indicati nella prenotazione, a prescindere dall’età degli stessi, l’albergo previa verifica della disponibilità potrà:
- In caso di mancanza di disponibilità non permetterà l’entrata agli ospiti in eccesso , addebitando comunque il costo totale del soggiorno al cliente, sia che soggiorni o che non soggiorni in hotel.
- In caso di disponibilità di aggiunta di un letto in camera, verrà applicato il prezzo massimo della camera, come indicato nella tabella ivi esposta; in tale caso le tariffe offerta speciale verranno meno.
IMPOSTA DI SOGGIORNO : dal 22 marzo al 31 ottobre verrà applicata una imposta pari ad € 3,00 per persona maggiore di anni 18 per notte per le prime sette notti consecutive. Sono esenti dalla versamento della tassa di soggiorno, i minori di anni 18 e gli invalidi al 100% che dovranno fornire adeguata documentazione in tal senso. La tassa di soggiorno non è mai inclusa nelle tariffe del soggiorno e dovrà essere versata a parte, solo a fronte di reale soggiorno.
OFFERTE SPECIALI: Le conferme di prenotazioni effettuate con prezzi offerta speciale non sono modificabili in alcun modo e per nessun motivo.
MODIFICA DELLE PRENOTAZIONI: Le richieste di modifica delle prenotazioni saranno possibili solo prima dello scadere dei termini di cancellazione, previa richiesta di altro preventivo e disponibilità dell’hotel
L’ALBERGO NON RISPONDE DI NECESSITA’ PARTICOLARI DEI CLIENTI, CHE NON NE ABBIANO FATTA ESPLICITA RICHIESTA AL MOMENTO DELLA RICHIESTA DI PRENOTAZIONE.
PENALI DI CANCELLAZIONE:
Dal 01.04 al 31.07 e dal 01.09 al 31.10 è possibile cancellare la prenotazione senza alcuna penale sino a 8 giorni antecedenti la data di check-in; dal settimo giorno antecedente la data di check-in sarà addebitato il 100% del costo del soggiorno a titolo di deposito.
Dal 01.08 al 31.08 è possibile cancellare la prenotazione senza alcuna penale sino a 15 giorni antecedenti la data di check-in; dal quattordicesimo giorno antecedente la data di check-in, sarà addebitato il 100% del costo del soggiorno a titolo di deposito.
Le somme corrisposte a titolo di deposito non sono rimborsabili.
PRENOTAZIONI MULTIPLE: per le prenotazioni di camere superiori ad una, nelle stesse date o comunque in date sovrapponibili anche in parte, la struttura addebiterà un costo pari alla tariffa della prime tre notti per ogni camera prenotata al momento della conferma di prenotazione. Tale deposito non è rimborsabile per nessun motivo e prescinde dalle politiche di cancellazione sopra riportate.
BOOKING CONDITIONS – TERMS – CANCELLATION POLICIES

NO SMOKING: it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms.
BREAKFAST: breakfast is available in the common room or terrace, from 08:30 to 10:00. The breakfast buffet is both sweet and savory. Tea, herbal tea and American coffee are available in the buffet. The Italian café is served and therefore not as a buffet. Breakfast in the room is not included and must be considered à la carte.
ROOM SERVICES, including breakfast served in the room, are not included in the cost of the stay and must be considered extra
TELEPHONE BOOKINGS: are not allowed
BOOKING CONFIRMATION: Reservation requests will be valid only if confirmed by the hotel via email confirmation .
Bookings made with an INVALID credit card or WITH INSUFFICIENT CREDIT to cover the cost of the stay, even if confirmed, may be canceled at any time by the hotel after sending an email confirming the cancellation. Failure receiving cancellation email, whatever the cause, will not constitute any reason for the customer t claiming.
Deposits for booking the stay made by bank transfer are non-refundable for any reason, regardless of the hotel cancellation policies indicated on our site. Deposits for the reservation of the stay made by credit card, after the cancellation terms have expired, are non-refundable for any reason.
NUMBER OF GUESTS: Booking requests made by the customer must indicate the exact number of guests, regardless of their age. The hotel is not liable for errors entered by the customer in the booking request.
At the time of check-in the number of guests must match the number of guests indicated by the customer at the time of the booking request. At the time of check-in, if there are more guests than those indicated in the booking, regardless of their age, the hotel, after checking availability, will be able to:
- In the event of lack of availability, it will not allow excess guests to enter, however charging the total cost of the stay to the customer, whether they stay or do not stay in the hotel.
- In case of availability of adding a bed in the room, the maximum price of the room will be applied, as indicated in the table therein; in this case the special offer rates will be reduced.
TOURIST TAX: from 22 March to 31 October a tax of € 3.00 per person over 18 years of age will be applied per night for the first seven consecutive nights. Children under the age of 18 and 100% disabled are exempt from paying the tourist tax and must provide adequate documentation in this regard. The tourist tax is never included in the rates of the stay and must be paid separately, only for the actual stay.
SPECIAL OFFERS: Confirmations of bookings made with special offer prices cannot be changed in any way and for any reason.
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS: Requests to modify reservations will only be possible before the cancellation deadline has expired, upon request for another quote and hotel availability
THE HOTEL DOES NOT RESPOND TO SPECIAL NEEDS OF CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE NOT MADE AN EXPLICIT REQUEST AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING REQUEST.
CANCELLATION FEES:
From 01.04 to 31.07 and from 01.09 to 31.10 it is possible to cancel the reservation without penalty up to 8 days prior to the check-in date; from the seventh day before the check-in date, 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged as a deposit.
From 01.08 to 31.08 it is possible to cancel the reservation without penalty up to 15 days prior to the check-in date; from the fourteenth day before the check-in date, 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged as a deposit.
The sums paid as a deposit are non-refundable.
MULTIPLE BOOKINGS: for bookings of rooms longer than one, on the same dates or in any case in overlapping dates, even in part, the structure will charge a cost equal to the rate of the first three nights for each room booked at the time of booking confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable for any reason and regardless of the above cancellation policies.
