The hotel reserves the right to cancel at any time bookings made with an invalid credit card or with insufficient credit to guarantee the costs of the stay. At the time of booking, no amount will be deducted from the credit card entered; upon expiration of the cancellation terms indicated below, the hotel will withdraw an amount equal to 100% of the cost of the stay (overnight stay only). Booking requests will be confirmed by the hotel, based on availability at the time of the request; in case the availability is exhausted before the arrival of the request the hotel will not follow the booking request and every data of the client including those of the credit card will be destroyed.

Cancellation terms and city taxes

From 01.04 to 31.07 and from 01.09 to 31.10 it is possible t cancel the reservation without penalty up to 8 days before the check-in date; from the seventh day before the check in date, 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged.
From 01.08 to 31.08 it is possible to cancel the reservation without penalty up to 15 days before the check-in date; from the fourteenth day before the check-in date, 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged.
Deposits are not refaundable for any reason.
Requests of change the reservations will only be possible before the cancellation terms will expires, upon request for another quote and hotel availability.
Special offers are not subject to modifications.
For reservations of rooms more than one, on the same dates or in any case on dates that can also be partially overlapped, the property will charge a cost equal to the rate of the first night for each room booked at the time of booking confirmation. This deposit is not repeatable for any reason and is independent of the above cancellation policies.
The tourist tax is € 3.50 per person over 18 years old, for the first 7 consecutive nights.
Are exempt from the payment of the tourist tax, minors under 18 years old and 100% disabled who must provide adequate documentation in this regard.
The tourist tax is never included in the rates of the stay and must be paid separately, only for a real stay.
